Fall, Community and Change at Our Agency

October brings change to our agency, new faces to our team and plenty of opportunities for us to be out in the community. I love the change in seasons and the feel of cooler weather on my skin. Change can be good for all of us, and we have quite a bit of it happening this month.

We are welcoming two new team members, Jessica and Mason, on October 5. They are looking forward to helping with your insurance needs. Jonathan has moved on to bigger things as he looks to expand his family, and we wish him luck with everything ahead.

Staying Connected

Dividends, interest rate increases and L.I.F.E. are all happening around us and can impact our day-to-day lives.

State Farm Mutual Co. issued payments to State Farm Mutual Co. policyholders from 2025. If you received a refund letter, be sure to review it and take any needed action.

We also said Yes to Pets, along with some wonderful supporters, and we plan to make some pets happy. If you have not donated yet, you have until October 3 to drop off items for pets in need at our office at 1095 W Rio Salado Pkwy #A108, Tempe, AZ 85281.

October in Our Community

October is a busy month for our agency and for me. I will be spending time throughout the month supporting our community, participating in local events and sharing Financial Foundations.

October 29-30: I will be out of the office for fall planning.

October 31: Happy Halloween and happy birthday to my brother!

ABOUT TEZ ADAMS

Shout out to all valley residents in Tempe, Phoenix, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Scottsdale, Avondale, Goodyear, Surprise and all those I didn't list - including those at Arizona State University, GCU, PVCC or MCC.

Tez Adams is a native of Little Rock, AR, but has been a resident of Arizona since 2013. He is married to Janet, and they have one son, Joshua in addition to Winston – their Golden doodle. As a family, they enjoy spending time with one another traveling and giving back to their community in various ways. Joshua is now college sophomore (Forks Up!) - so I guess now we are supporters of Arizona State University Sun Devils! He is a Barrett Scholar, which we are very PROUD to say.

Tez has over 20 years of insurance and financial services experience, having served in various leadership roles in the industry and community alike. Tez is a PROUD member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., Tempe Leadership – Class 36 alum, and member of the Tempe South Rotary Club.

Tez can often be found supporting his community through numerous volunteer opportunities. He holds a master’s in insurance from Olivet College, The Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Claims (AIC) designation from The Institutes and a bachelor’s in finance from The University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He is licensed in property and casualty, life, health, flood and financial services products.
