It's that time of year! Yes, it's November and turkey time!

It's also our time to VOTE!

From presidential to mayoral to school boards, almost everything is on the ballot and needing your VOTE. There are some good choices, poor choices and some that we don't even want to think about - but it's our time to VOTE!

If you haven't already, make a plan to VOTE and I will see you at the poll(s).

Then, then, then, then.....we can think about turkey and stuffing and sweet potatoes and pies and cakes and...boy, do I sound like a BIG BACK! :-)

BIG BACK I am, because I want a pecan pie so bad. SO BAD! I found out that I'm allergic to pecans, so that won't be happening.

I've already started playing Christmas music and might currently have on a pair of Christmas socks, so I'm ready for all that this holiday season has in store for us. Tez Adams is a native of Little Rock, AR, but has been a resident of Arizona since 2013. He is married to Janet and they have one son, Joshua in addition to Winston – their Goldendoodle. As a family, they enjoy spending time with one another traveling and giving back to their community in various ways. Joshua is now college freshman (Forks Up!) - so I guess now we are supporters of Arionza State University Sundevils!

Tez has over 20 years of insurance and financial services experience and has served in various leadership roles in the industry and community alike. The past 18 years of his career has spanned several states with State Farm Insurance. Tez is a Tempe Leadership – Class 36 alum and currently sits on the Tempe Leadership Council. He is actively involved in the Alumni Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., Alpha Epsilon Sigma.

Tez can often be found supporting his community through numerous volunteer opportunities. He holds a Master’s in Insurance from Olivet College, The Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Claims (AIC)designation from The Institutes and a Bachelor’s in Finance from The University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He is licensed in property and casualty, life, and financial services products.
